The 4-Step Process
1. Secure Request and Identity Allocation
Select your required test panel and confirm your request through our secure digital platform.
You choose the date, time, and private location for sample collection.
Upon confirmation, you are issued a unique Patient ID (PID) within our Identity System. This identifier governs scheduling and communication - independent from laboratory processing.
Pre-test instructions are delivered immediately where applicable.
2. Direct Collection and Sample Segmentation
A Licensed health professional is deployed to your selected location at the scheduled time to collect your sample.
Your sample is immediately assigned a unique Sample ID (SID) - a non-identifiable code within our Diagnostics System.
From this point forward, laboratory processing references only the Sample ID.
The physical specimen is transported under controlled conditions to an accredited partner laboratory.
Identity and diagnostics remain compartmentalized.
3. Independent Laboratory Processing
Your sample is analyzed within the Diagnostics System using internationally accredited laboratory standards.
The laboratory operates without access to personally identifiable information held within the separate Identity System.
4. Controlled Result Release
Results are delivered to your secure digital dashboard through a controlled authorization layer.
Access requires authenticated login credentials linked to your Patient ID.
You may download verified reports or share them securely with your physician.
Interpretation support is available upon request.
Identity and results remain segregated at all times.
